Great hotel to photograph, great location to stay in. Aside from the quality furnishings and details throughout the property, we had some curious visitors that would "hop" right up to our sliding glass door. Rabbits, of the very small desert variety, would populate like, well, rabbits. They were friendly, guests loved them, and I have a feeling they'd been fed more than once by both guests and staff. Guess word like that can get around fast in the bunny community.

Another great consideration when choosing this property, it sits on Scottsdale's northern border, to one side there's shopping, entertainment, and sporting options, to the other side there's nothing but beautiful dessert terrain. Some shoots are harder than others when it comes time to saying goodbye, and the Scottsdale Marriott at McDowell Mountains was certainly a place we'd like to stay longer.
