The five-star culinary delights at the historic Beaver Club inside the Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth are nothing less than spectacular. The tastes, the textures, the ambiance. This property works hard to provide its guests with incredible fare within an historic and classy setting.

The shrimp pictured here were as tasty on the palate as the were visually enticing to photograph. The reason I enjoy shooting food for properties is very similar as to why we like to photograph the rooms and exteriors - because they have fascinating colors, textures, and sometimes challenging elements that test us. We love being tested, and always find a way to get the image our clients want. We wouldn't have it any other way.

A quick note about Montreal - while standard French/Canadian cuisine is abundant, the real culinary gem (aside from the crepes) is the selection of amazing fresh seafood. Whether it's from a lake, river, or ocean - Montreal's location makes it a quick and easy destination for fishermen to deliver the goods. The shrimp we photographed here are a perfect example...
